I never believed that I would suffer from hair loss, even though my dad had a receding hairline. My hairline began receding shortly before my thirtieth birthday. I was terrified and in denial that I was losing my hair. I was also starting to lose hair on the back of my head.
It was the first time in my life I felt that age has eventually caught up. I felt like the best years of my life were behind me. I even ceased seeing girls. My love life was non-existent. There was one girl I had been seeing nonchalantly and even though I liked her, I just stopped returning her phone calls. I realised that I hadn’t found the woman of my dreams with a full head of hair so there was no way I was going to find somebody with my growing bald spot. I was too discouraged to even try having a loving relationship.
Hair loss changed me from a self-assured, extroverted guy into a depressed loner. I’veI have never been one to just sit back and let problems overwhelm me. I started researching various hair loss treatments that are available in the counter. I have tried every single treatment and solution accessible from the drug store, none of it worked. After that, I just stopped trying for a while. It was a real low point in my life. I even stopped going out with my friends, I was so demoralized.
As Luck Would Have It, one night a good friend of mine took me out for a few beverages. The first thing he noticed about me was my mood, he knew that the hair loss has affected how I felt. He mentioned to me about the hair loss studio in the city. My friend had gone there for hair loss treatments and had been impressed with the results. I was even more impressed. My friend had a full head of hair and there was no sign of hair loss. He made me promise to give them a shot and I agreed.
I could not have been happier with the hair loss studio recommended to me. After just a few hair loss treatments, I had a full head of hair again. The results were outstanding, they did not just give me my hair back but also my confidence.

Man boobs or Gynecomastia which is men’s breast enlargement happens quite frequently, in fact, probably more than you think. It happens for many reasons, and often something can be done. There are different types of Gynecomastia, or men’s breast enlargement, there are a few below to help you understand. Adolescence often brings Gynocomastia on and young men often see breast enlargement some time around nine years of age to the ages of 14 or so. A temporary condition, it’s often attributed to hormones becoming active. There are approximately 30% of these young men who wind up with slightly large breasts, and those who develop severely large breasts will have them for the rest of their life unless they seek out medical intervention. There are many men who may have pseudogynecomastia, this is not true gynecomastia but a form of adipose or fat tissue that is deposited in the breast area. Some men will respond to a change in diet and exercise and others may choose liposuction or man boobs exercises to reduce the amount of tissue deposited in the area. There is also the type of gynecomastia that happens to body builders or strength training athletes, this also doesn’t have much to do with real breast tissue but is usually due to steroid use, surgery is usually the answer to receive the flattened nipple effect. Many men will experience the puffy nipple look of increased breast tissue in the areola area. This is the usual form of breast enlargement and most men deal with this easily. Others will change diet, exercise and seek medical attention for the typical puffy nipple area. Many men deal with minor breast enlargement well psychologically others do not. Those who are bothered by man boobs often will deal with it medically and surgically. Many men as they age will have slight breast enlargement and wind up the saggy skin or breast that is associated with older men, it is also remedied surgically. Before you consider surgery, I highly recommend trying man boobs exercises. It may save you a lot of money.

Deciding to have vasectomy surgery is a very important choice for a man to make and the final decision should be left up to you. Not your family or wife after all it is your body and you must live with the consequences for the rest of your life. If you’re a man that intends to never have children again then you may be a good candidate to have this procedure done. If you KNOW, not just think you never want to have children again in your life time then you might want to explore the possibility of having vasectomy surgery.
Remember that having vasectomy surgery will in most cases stop your ability to deliver viable sperm to your mate so pregnancy doesn’t occur, having this procedure like any operation will not guarantee that you will not get a women pregnant. Abstinence is the only 100% way to avoid this. Generally the success rate is very high, well over 99%.
Vasectomies are for birth control but will not protect you from STD’s such as Aid’s, Gonorrhea, syphilis or any other sexually transmitted disease. Some people even develop a false sense of security after having a vasectomy and ignore the risks involved with having multiple partners, using the excuse that they will not get the girl pregnant as a reason for not protecting themselves. Safe sex is always important when you’re not in a long-term monogamous relationship.
Here is a list of items you may want to go over before having the big “SNIP”.
-Am I certain that I never want to have children in the future?
-Although the success rate is very high, it’s not a 100% that this will work for me.
-I have discussed my choice to have vasectomy surgery with my wife/partner.
-This is a very quick and relatively safe surgery, however like any operation there are dangers and the risk of complications.
-I assume I will never have children, but just incase I change my mind in the future do I want to go to a sperm bank prior to surgery and have my sperm preserved.
-I have done all the research I can think of to make sure I have all the facts I need to make an informed decision.
-I have consulted my doctor and asked all the questions I could think of and I’m confident that I want to have the procedure done.
This is only a short article about vasectomies. The bottom line is it’s your life and doing as much investigating and research as possible will help you to make sure you make the right choice. Don’t be shy about making a long list of questions to ask your doctor. Sometimes people are intimidated by there doctor’s because you don’t have the vast knowledge he/she has. If a doctor is evasive or try’s to blow off your questions than be persistent if you still can’t get your questions answered then find another surgeon.

Whether you are a stay at home mom, work at home mom or a mom
that works outside of the home, between running the kids to and
from activities, making dinner, and doing loads of laundry, few
moms have time to pamper themselves. Suddenly, its been six
weeks since you’ve shaved your legs, your hair has absolutely no
style, and you feel as desirable as a cockroach at the dinner
table. There’s just no way you can take time for yourself,
especially enough time to make yourself feel sexy and alive
again, right? Well, you may not be able to spend a week at the
spa, but there are plenty of five minute tricks that can make
you look good. After all, sometimes, knowing that you look good
is the key to feeling great.
If you haven’t been able to make it to your stylist for a while,
chances are your hair is getting long and kind of limp. However,
there are hair styles that are sleek and sophisticated and only
take a few minutes to do. Try styling your hair so that it is in
a French roll or a French braid. You won’t believe how knowing
that your hair looks spectacular will make you feel.
So, your hair is done, but you still feel a little blah. Are you
wearing a housedress or a set of ratty pajamas? Just because you
can dress down doesn’t always mean you should. Instead, look for
easy care separates that go with everything. Make sure you pick
up a few simple accessories, like a matching bracelet and
earrings, too. No matter how hectic your day is, you will feel
like you can handle things if you look put together.
Of course, most women agree that there are few experiences that
are more romantic and relaxing than soaking in the tub
surrounded by scented candles. However, busy moms know that the
second they slide into the tub, there are several children
pounding frantically on the door because they want mommy to help
them and daddy just won’t do. That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy
a hot shower using your favorite scented bath and shower gel,
though. After you step out of the shower, use a lotion with the
same scent. You’ll smell fantastic for hours, whether you’re
sorting laundry or taking a moment to flirt with your man.
Finally, even if you only have five minutes to spare, make sure
you squeeze some exercise into the day. Exercising not only
tones your body and helps you look great, but it releases
endorphins that make you feel great, too.

Nylon fiber was first introduced to the public at the New York
World’s Fair in 1939. The first thing nylon was used for was
nylon stockings in 1940. Women liked the nylon stockings because
they were as pretty as the silk stockings they had previously
worn and they lasted much longer. The nylon stockings also dried
much faster than silk after they were washed.
Nylon stockings were scarce during WWII because all available
nylon was needed in the war effort. A lot of nylon was used in
making parachutes. Production of nylon stockings started up
again at the end of WWII.
A new trend in stockings was started in the 1960’s with the
introduction of pantyhose. Until the introduction of pantyhose,
stockings had to be worn with garter belts or girdles. The
stockings were held up with clasps attached to the girdle or
garter belt. Today, pantyhose are available in a multitude of
styles. These stockings come in sheer, ultra sheer, nude, sandal
toe, and reinforced toe. Some pantyhose come with built in body
shaping and control tops to trim and smooth the tummy, rear, and
hips. Women can even buy an anti-cellulite pantyhose. These
stockings promise to reduce cellulite appearance by using micro
beads imbedded into the fabric. Results are visible after four
weeks. The beads remain effective for five washings. The
stockings firm and tone legs for a sleeker look.
Nylon stockings come in a wide variety of colors and are also
available as anklets, knee highs and thigh highs. Support hose
are even available for those women who need some relief from the
pain of vericose veins. These stockings are designed to relieve
pain caused by varicose veins by relieving the pressure of the
stocking against the leg. No part of the leg gets too much or
too little pressure.
Many women enjoy sexy thigh high stockings. Some stockings need
a garter belt to stay in place, while others use a knit in
elastic or grip to help them stay snug against the thigh. Women
can choose to wear fishnet thigh high stockings or ones with
lace tops, or even ones with back seams running down the back of
the leg.
Nylon stockings are an essential accessory to every woman’s
wardrobe. Go ahead and try some of the new and exciting styles
available today!

Norman Mailer said of Marilyn Monroe:
“Her stomach, untrammeled by girdles or sheaths, popped forward in a full woman’s belly, inelegant as hell, an avowal of a womb fairly salivating in seed - that belly which was never to have a child - and her breasts popped buds and burgeons of flesh over many a questing sweating moviegoer’s face. She was a cornucopia. She excited dreams of honey for the horn.”
And Elizabeth Hurley’s opinion:
“I’d kill myself if I was as fat as Marilyn Monroe.”
When I came across Normal Mailer’s words in his biography of Marilyn it reminded me of the famous Hurley quote and I thought the comparison between the two views of this iconic beauty was quite poignant and sad.
Hatred of a womanly body seems to be a common situation in our culture. Women are brainwashed into thinking they need to be as skinny as possible. We diet, workout, starve ourselves, judge each other harshly, and spend our lives in deprivation and desperation.
Meanwhile, men naturally adore the lush, sexual, curvy female body. They desire the soft, voluptuous bodies we women are born into.
Our natural bodies don’t require stringent dieting or starvation or plastic surgery or sculpting. We are each a perfect, unique creation and the more we accept and love our womanliness, the more wonderful life feels.
The Hurley quote used to make me angry. Now it just makes me sad that we have learned to be so shallow and so mean to one another, and to ourselves, with the thoughts we have about the female body.

Stones have been worn by both women and men since prehistoric
times. Just as in the jewelry of modern times, beautiful stones,
rare and colorful, are most often the dominant feature of a
piece with a metallic setting for ornamentation.
The stones used in the crafting of fine jewelry are generally
divided into two classes- precious stones and semi-precious
stones.
These terms are used heavily in the commercial world of jewelry
when considering variety and value. While artistic merits are
only a matter of opinion, the value of a stone is what it will
bring in the marketplace. It should also be mentioned that many
people, collectors and general consumers alike, prefer the rare
to the beautiful.
These stones are simply rocks (minerals) taken from the earth,
and after they have been enhanced by the artisans cutting and
polishing, the finest and rarest of them are what we call gems.
Precious Stones
The most precious stones are the diamonds, emeralds, rubies and
sapphires. The pearl is oftentimes classed with precious stones.
Although strictly speaking while it is not a stone it holds an
esteemed place in jewelry.
Semi-Precious Stones
A large number of stones used in jewelry are known as
semi-precious; the most important ones are as follow: amethyst,
lapis-lazuli, turquoise, aquamarine, topaz, moonstone, peridot,
opal, tourmaline, zircon, chrysoberyl, alexandrite. Others of
less importance although much used are: chrysoprase, jade,
garnet, agate, azurite, malachite, bloodstone, coral, carnelian
and many others. These stones while comparatively common and
inexpensive are indispensable to the worker in jewelry. The
variety of colors to be had in these stones make it possible to
produce unusual designs of artistic merit and to adapt them to
the personality and costume of the wearer. For more detailed
information regarding gem stones the reader is referred to “Gem
Stones” by G.F. Herbert Smith, also “The Curious Lore of
Precious Stones,” by George Frederick Kunz.

Aside from the benefic effects on the sex life, Viagra has also other positive effects.
Saarland University researchers have discovered that Viagra may ease symptoms of a circulatory disorder called Raynaud’s phenomenon. Viagra had reduced the frequency and duration of Raynaud’s attacks, improved capillary blood flow and helped heal chronic toe and finger ulcerations.
A new research has now revealed that Viagra can help the sufferers of a devastating pulmonary arterial hypertension. The condition, which affects about 100,000 people worldwide, causes tiny blood vessels in the lungs to thicken and narrow, often for no apparent reason.
Viagra could protect mountaineers from the potentially lethal effect on the heart of high altitude and low oxygen levels.
According to study findings presented at a meeting of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, treatment with Viagra can improve urinary tract symptoms in men with erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a common disease in older men that involves urinary symptoms due to enlargement of the prostate gland.
A report by researchers at Johns Hopkins University claims that Viagra appears to reduce the effects of hormonal stress on the heart by 50 percent.
A team at University of Vermont College of Medicine concluded testing on rats, that no descendents died in the pregnancies where mother rats were received Viagra. These findings are exciting because they suggest that Viagra may have beneficial effects in hypertensive pregnancy and possibly, pre-eclampsia.

Let’s talk frankly, but sincerely, about what happens to your
vagina and surrounding feminine parts during menopause. There
are two key changes in the body that, for many women, cause a
variety of sexual problems, including inability to properly
lubricate, pain or discomfort during intercourse, increased
urinary tract infections, and for some, urine leakage,
especially when laughing, sneezing, or crying.
Not too pleasant, any way you look at it, is it? All this
happens for two reasons: your body isn’t producing as much of
its feminine hormones as it once was, causing you to lose
lubrication. Secondly, as you grow older, your muscles start to
thin, including the muscles making up the walls of your vagina.
Fortunately, choosing diets rich in Vitamin E and soy products
seems, for most women, to keep your muscles strong. In addition,
pelvic exercises known as Kegels will strengthen your muscles,
helping you to maintain a healthy and well-lubricated vagina.
Kegels are deceptively simple to perform, and you can often
exercise your pelvic muscles at the checkout line at the grocery
store, while watching television, or while holding a
conversation with someone - once you know what you’re doing, no
one will know!
To perform Kegels, imagine you’re trying to stop your urine in
mid-stream (or better, the next time you go to the toilet, go
ahead and try it!). The muscles you engage in doing so are your
pelvic muscles, and these are the muscles that you’re aiming to
exercise. The exercises themselves are as simple as flexing and
relaxing your leg or arm muscles. Over a count of four, slowly
tighten these muscles, making sure you’re mimicking the action
of trying to stop urinating and not engaging your abdominals,
and hold the muscles tightened for a few seconds.
Then, in a slow and controlled motion, over the same count of
four, relax these muscles. Do several sets of slow flexing and
releasing, followed by repetitions where you flex and release
the muscles as quickly as possible. Repeat this several times a
day, whenever you think of it, and as the muscles grow stronger,
increase the length of time you hold the muscles tight. Remember
to keep breathing deeply and regularly throughout - this should
not be a strenuous workout!
Remember to exercise your Kegels as often as possible, and don’t
be too modest or embarrassed to share the tip with others!
