Isn’t that an appealing title? How to Have an Effortless Life! Well guess what? The only time your life will be effortless is when you’re buried six feet under.
It takes effort to get results, and not just any effort, it takes smart effort. You cannot expect to achieve anything without doing something. Unfortunately in our society today, people are making an enormous effort to keep themselves busy all day, yet for many they look at what they have done and realised that much of the time had been wasted. They review their day and wonder what they had achieved.
You need to plan, focus and take action on what you want to achieve to get the outcome you desire. You need to get organised!
My Story
Last week I was in a shop trying on a shirt and I asked a lady who was also in the changing rooms how it looked on me. (I don’t bother asking the sales assistant as they usually tell you it looks great regardless of whether it does or not). She thought it looked great and I must confess, I thought so too! Still, being a woman I like to have someone else to confirm it.
Now here’s what I found both flattering and interesting. The lady said “The shirt looks great, I wish I had the same body”. She was referring to my body! That got me excited! That’s the first time someone had said that to me. Mind you this woman was about 15 kg overweight and would probably think that about anyone who was smaller than her.
I replied “Thank you! (and then blurted out in a nice way) However, you could too, just exercise regularly and eat healthily”. I forgot to mention she had an open packet of potato chips in her bag. This lady probably thought I was born this way, one of the lucky ones who could eat and drink anything they wanted and walked occasionally for exercise.
It takes effort
What this lady didn’t know was that every morning I drag myself out of bed at 5.30 a.m. to work out at the local gym. And I do that regardless of how cold or wet it is, how tired I am, whether it’s summer or winter. I pay the price to get the results. I’m also particular about food, trying wherever possible to eat low fat, low sugar food and drink plenty of water.
If there’s an easier alternative, a magic pill which will miraculously keep the weight off, body toned and make me feel great consistently without harming my health, please let me know. Until then, I’ll keep paying the price and making the effort because the results are worth it.
Pay Yourself First
Having read the last couple of paragraphs you might say “why doesn’t she exercise later in the day?”. The reason I don’t is that I am a “morning” person and know that by going to bed earlier and getting up early I can get it over with first thing. Otherwise if I chose to exercise later, chances are circumstances would arise and I’d postpone it.
One of my coaching clients is a runner. He originally rang me because his work and his life was out of control. He runs 20 kms a day and has done so for many years. I asked him how did he manage to religiously run every morning before work yet couldn’t seem to leave the office by 5.30 p.m. each night. He answered “It’s easy to jump out of bed in the morning and run, there’s nothing or no-one able to stop me at that hour (5.30 a.m.). Yet when I’m at work there are too many demands on my time and they seem to always arise late in the day.”
Learn to pay yourself first. Just like George Clason wrote in his book “The Richest Man In Babylon”, take 10% of whatever you earn and pay yourself first. Use it to invest, otherwise there will never be anything left once you pay everything else. And I’m sure many of you can relate to that.
How to Pay Yourself First
You need to make yourself the first priority. Ensure you allow time each and every day to action your own personal agenda.
Here’s a couple of ideas to get you started:
Block out time each day in your diary for your exercise. Eg. Walk at 6.00 a.m. or lunchtime. Plan that first.
Block out time each day to follow up on your personal issues. Eg. Book dental appointment, respond to phone calls, contact bank. Do that early in the day otherwise you’ll run out of time and leave it
Make sure that you stick to it. Learn to say ‘no’ if other people want to make other plans for you during those ‘me’ times. You must take care of yourself first. You have the power to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to other people’s demands on your time. Treat yourself as your no. 1 priority.
The Final Word
When you decide (yes, that right), it’s when you decide to make yourself the highest priority in your life, you’ll find how much easier it is to live your life. When you decide you’re worth it, it will be easy for you to say ‘no’to other people’s demands/requests. Of course, you’ll need to learn how to organise yourself so that you are effective as possible.
Have a great week!

It was no surprise the number of homes in the four county Sacramento area increased during the month of March from what we experienced in February. It was also not hard to predict that the number of homes sold in March would be less than a year ago. According to DataQuick, the overall the sales volume in the four county area increased 29% from February to 3,285 but even with the increase the number was 29.5% lower than last March. El Dorado led the way with a volume increase of almost 60%.
According to a recent article in the Sacramento Bee, “New signs of cooling housing market,” the median sale prices in the four county area, “posted their third straight monthly gains in all but Yolo County.” Prices fell to $410,000 from February’s $421,500 in Yolo County which remains below its November peak of $436,500. The article goes on to point out the March median sales prices remain below highs reached last year in all the counties. Sacramento County had a median sales price of $359,000, up for the third straight month. El Dorado and Placer counties also had median prices up for the third consecutive month to $455,000 and $477,000 respectively.
Another indicator for March, available homes on the market, or inventory, continued to grow in the area. At the end of March, according to TrendGraphix, the inventory has reached 10,316 which is a whopping increase from the 3,799 reported last March. Housing Tracker, which has its own view of the Sacramento area posted inventory on April 1 as 8,103, up 440 for the month. Their latest weekly update, as of April 21st, shows the same area with 8,489 homes available so the trend or more houses coming on the market than selling is continuing.
In some of the local areas, where I have been working recently, the median price increases from last were positive, with the exception of Granite Bay.
In the three zip codes that make up Roseville (95661, 95678 and 95747) we saw volume increase across the board with zip code 95747 leading the way with 55 sales and an increase of 44.7 percent over February. In terms of median price again all three zip codes in Roseville saw increases from the previous month and from March of 2005. In 95661 the median price of $469,250 was up 2.29 percent from February and 2.2 percent over March 2005. In 95678 the median price increased 3.23 percent from February to $407,750. This represents an annual increase of 7.5 percent. In 95747 the median sales price for March was $487,000 up 13.45 percent from February and 14.6 percent from a year ago.
Please note that when looking at these smaller areas, the numbers can change dramatically from month to month because of the lower volumes and the impact one or two sales can have.
In the Rocklin zip codes, we saw volume drop by almost 18 percent in 95677 from February to 23 sales. This is also down over 32 percent from last year. In the other Rocklin zip code the volume was up by 3 sales over February to 35 sales but that number is down 56 percent from March 2005. In both zip codes we saw a drop in median price from February but up from the previous year. In 95677 the March median price of $390,954 was down from an artificially high number in Feb and down from January but slightly higher than last year (.05%). Zip code 95765 reported a median price of $505,000 down 4.7 percent from February’s number but 7.5 percent higher than March 2005.
Lincoln, 95648 had dramatic growth in volume and the median sale price, proving this is one of the hottest communities in the county. Sales volume increased 53% to 69 sales with a median sales price of $439,000. The price increase month-over-month was 7 percent. For the year the median price paid for a home in Lincoln increased 10.7 percent.
Granite Bay, zip code 95746, volume was way up from only 11 sales in February to 37 homes sold in March. This is still 12 percent below what happened last March. The median price for March in Granite Bay was $780,250, up 7percent from last month, but like volume is below March 2005.
Finally, El Dorado Hills, 95762, sales volume was up 77 percent to 46 homes sold with a median price of $625,000 which is up 3 percent from February results and 5.9 percent from March 2005.
Over all March results in the above areas was much better than I would have predicted, especially with all the rain we had. Volumes increased more than I thought, and it is clear we are seeing some price stability and even increases. The average number of days on the market to sale is continuing to grow but with most of the rain behind us, spring break over and warm weather on the horizon I am predicting increased volume for April, continued growth in the median sales price and although inventory will continue to grow I feel it will slow during the last week of April.

Test your online sports wager skills - Try our online gaming rooms!
Bind together two of man’s most popular pursuits and you’ve got is something titled a sportsbook wagers location. Seriously: what could be more inventive. Imagine a band of sports fans cheering over their favorite local team, and almost regularly wagers are placed parallel to the turmoil. Keen to catch some of the action, onlookers will on a regular basis venture to conjecture who will make it in the running meet. Put together, this all evolves into a little affable meet termed sportsbook wagers location.
In order to place your bet, you will be best advised to go to a sportsbook wagers location, i.e. a place which receives sportsbook wagers location. In the USA, we currently have four states where everyone can go for sportsbook wagering legitimately, but beyond legal you may try it anywhere you like assuming you can locate a bookie *and* you are of age. Amongst the sports competitions you can bet money on are professional plus, obviously, college football & basketball, professional baseball, professional hockey, plus, obviously, wagers on both horse and dog racing. You might choose to bet on the overall combined score of a competition or game, when exactly a given contester will be defeated, and even whether a tossed coin in a competition or game will land either heads or tails.
We’ll find plenty of different breeds of antes– straight bets, where all you have to do is to select the party you feel will make it or fail, parlay stakes, and many more, the straight bets, where you simply choose the club you’re guessing will make it or go down being the most typical in sportsbook wagering.
Well, why not have a bash at it and enjoy the fun at one fell swoop. Just be sure that you won’t get too enthused and exhaust your entire retirement pension on a caprice! For you’ll probably end up being sorry all life long!

What if I told you that you could add something to your life that would decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol, increase energy, muscle mass, bone density, metabolism, longevity and last but not least, sexual performance? What if I told you that it would also improve sleep, flexibility, strength and digestion? If you knew it would help in preventing certain diseases such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and depression, would that interest you? What about strengthening the immune system, improving circulation and delaying or preventing osteoporosis? The benefits to what I am referring to doesn’t stop there either. The mental and emotional benefits include reduced anxiety and stress, improvement of your self worth and self image plus an overall increase in your sense of well-being.
Are you asking what this thing is and how much does it cost? How many people would be rushing to their doctor to get a prescription for this life changing and life saving addition you can add to your day? What if I told you that you didn’t need a prescription and that it was practically free?
Well, I am telling you that you can start achieving every one of these above benefits today without spending a cent or waiting in line at the pharmacy.
You only need to move your body. That’s right. What I am referring to is exercise and if you are not participating in exercise in some shape or form, you are missing out on one thing that can immediately begin to improve your health.
If this thing called exercise is so great, why, might you ask are there still people not doing it?
For different reasons, I believe. Time is a huge factor for many busy women in today’s society. Adding one more thing to their TO-Do list does not seem possible. The thing is though, when you make exercise a priority, you often have more energy and less sickness to keep up the demands of that list. Women also believe that if they can’t work an hour of exercise into their schedule, they may as well do none at all. Short, but consistent periods of exercise however can be more effective than longer, inconsistent, sporadic ones.
Think of exercise as movement. Make a commitment to move throughout the day as often as you can. Take any opportunity to walk stairs, do yard work, take the kids in the stroller or buddy up with a friend for a chat and a walk. Use the time that the kids are at their soccer or gymnastics practice to take a brisk stroll. Be creative with movement. Participate in activities you enjoy. Join in with the kids playing outside.
According to the World Health Organization, physical inactivity is as harmful to your health as smoking and doubles the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease and stroke.
There is a saying that goes something like this…If you don’t make time for exercise; you better make time for illness. Can you afford to take 30 minutes out of your day to add some form of exercise? Maybe a better question is, can you afford not to?

Some men have a complicated time keeping a boner and some women have remarkably long sex drives, meaning it takes the lady an incredibly long time to come. Because of this contrast in sex drives, intercourse can only turn into a boring and undesirable love making session. That’s why stubby dildos might well be helpful. If the guy spunks early in the love making session, or even if the woman just takes longer than her partner, he can continue to penetrate the woman with the small dildo. That way all sexual mischief does not have to end. It gives the gent plenty of time to recharge his stamina and keeps the lady happy. Hence when the guy is set up to come back into the game, the chick will still be aroused enough to accept the guy.
Your most stimulation field is your brain. And as noticeably as innumerable feminists will not admit this, the penis is an ancient symbol of fertility, no matter how great or small, it is still associated with power. Penetrating your partner with a dildo will often make a fantasy of power activity reality. Sex Toys, discreet and a wonderful orgasm machine!
Some ladies delight in the sensation of feeling full in their vagina or back passage. Whenever a marital aid such as a slim dildo, penetrates the vagina or anus, the muscles contract around it. Loads of girls note the tightening of all of these muscles to be astonishingly enjoyable.

Spyware elimination software is designed to detect and
eliminate spyware. A large number of spyware elimination
software products are available. Some of them are available
as freeware and some as shareware. Shareware can be used
for a specified period, usually 30 days.
One must evaluate and compare the features of different
spyware elimination software products before selecting one.
Some of the features of an effective spyware elimination
software product are:
* It should give a list of detected spyware, to enable
users to allow them to decide, about which ones they want
to delete.
* Auto update ensures that the software automatically
downloads the latest spyware definition file.
* Auto scheduling means that the system is scanned for
spyware at defined intervals automatically.
* The “undo” facility allows the user to remedy accidental
deletion of useful files.
* The product should provide real-time protection. It
should prevent installation of spyware, instead of just
deleting it when it is detected.
* The software should be effective in detecting and
deleting, the different types of spyware.
* The product should be easy to download, install, navigate
and use.
* Product support ensures that there is someone you can
call or e-mail, whenever you have a problem.
* The right spyware elimination software will ensure your
privacy and keep your computer free of advertisements.
Some of the most popular spyware elimination software
products are: Spyware Eliminator, Spyware Doctor, MS
AntiSpyware, McAfee, Pest Patrol, Spy Sweeper, Counterspy,
Ad-Aware, Spybot Search & Destroy etc.
The most popular personal firewalls include McAfee
Firewall, Norman Firewall, Windows Firewall, Surf Secret,
Sygate Firewall, Zone Alarm, Outpost Pro, and Norton
Firewall etc.
Spyware Eliminator
Spyware Eliminator is one of the most popular spyware
elimination software products. It also provides you with
anti-virus and anti-Spam capability and prevents malicious
software from entering your PC.
It gives users specific threat recommendations and its
consumer ware facility identifies legitimate ad ware
companies and their software. The user then has the option
to delete this software or to keep it. Spyware Eliminator
is particularly effective in dealing with cleverly
concealed, self re-generating spyware and adware.

You can start an online business without much start up cash. With an idea, and a plan, you can start an online business. Yes, you have seen this statement in many pages over the Internet but in using your business sense, your spare time, and a good idea to back you - your online business will succeed. Often times you will find that ideas are being recycled, exploited, and pushed at you with every click of your mouse. What will make the real difference in starting your own online business is using creative, different and new ideas.
There are many reasons why you may choose to start a business online. You need to look at the myths and realities of what you believe in. Think about why you want to start an online business, and then think about the pros and cons of the situation you are faced with. Before purchasing any product or reselling any product for any other business also online, investigate and learn as much as you can about the product. Search the product, the company and the services offered, by that company, so you are sure you have the same morals and ideals as the company you promote, if you choose to go this route.
Online businesses are going to make money no matter what. This is a myth. If you are not dedicated to your online business, if you are not adding, changing and offering more to your customers than someone else, you may not make as much money as you would like. The reality of the online business is this: most businesses that are successful online are successful because of the dedication and the ongoing hard work that is put into the business by the owner. Many online businesses are operating by those who are not working in another capacity and by those who are unable to work for someone else. Don’t get me wrong; we are talking about the small businesses online, not the large retail outlets that are online.
Start an online business based on a hobby, or a topic that you have a real interest in. The small business online that is successful is most often one that specializes in one niche area. Sure you can have more than one niche or hobby, but focus on one business, build it, create the site, generate a flow of traffic, and then change your focus to include a second site or another type of business.
To start an online business you need to write down ten tops ideas, things you want to sell, topics that you know about, and then you can set your focus on what your business could sell, service, offer or how you can generate sales from that point. Starting a business from scratch online could involve manufacturing products, selling products based on a niche (such as pets, crafts, computers, books, clothing, sports etc.).
The basics of a business online is going to create a market awareness of what you have to offer, and this could be anywhere or anyone in the world. Create a business plan, one that will set out in writing what you want to accomplish step by step, and how you will achieve this. You can advertise online and offline the products or services that you offer. The online business you build will require some type of name, branding and logo that will create a buzz about your web page. The online name, and logo is going to create awareness for a buyer. This awareness will lead them back to your site, to purchase from your business again and again, as they learn to trust you.

Think carefully on how to invest your money because if you make wrong decisions it could cost you dearly. There are many ways in which to invest your money and as such seeking the advice of a professional would be a very wise move. The information below will help give you a better understanding of some key elements of managing money:
Savings:
Your “savings” are usually put into the safest places or products that allow you access to your money at any time. Examples include savings accounts, checking accounts, and certificates of deposit.
Most smart investors put enough money in a savings product to cover an emergency, like sudden unemployment. Some make sure they have up to 6 months of their income in savings so that they know it will absolutely be there for them when they need it.
Investing:
When you “invest,” you have a greater chance of losing your money than when you “save.” You could lose your “principal,” which is the amount you’ve invested. That’s true even if you purchase your investments through a bank. But when you invest, you also have the opportunity to earn more money than when you save.
All investments involve taking on risk. It’s important that you go into any investment in stocks, bonds or mutual funds with a full understanding that you could lose some or all of your money in any one investment.
Diversification:
It is true that the greater the risk, the greater the potential rewards in investing, but taking on unnecessary risk is often avoidable. Investors can best protect themselves against risk by spreading their money among various investments, hoping that if one investment loses money, the other investments will more than make up for those losses. This strategy, called “diversification,” can be neatly summed up as, “Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.”
Once you’ve saved money for investing, consider carefully all your options and think about what diversification strategy makes sense for you. There are quite a few investment products to choose from for example; stocks and shares, stock mutual funds, corporate bonds, bond mutual funds and money market funds.
Diversification can’t guarantee that your investments won’t suffer if the market drops. But it can improve the chances that you won’t lose money, or that if you do, it won’t be as much as if you weren’t diversified.
Risk Tolerance:
What are the best saving and investing products for you? The answer depends on when you will need the money, your goals, and if you will be able to sleep at night if you purchase a risky investment where you could lose your principal.

It is important to plan your decorations at the reception to enhance the occasion by creating a lasting impact on your guests.
Party favors are little gift items given to guests to retain as mementos of your wedding.
Popular party favors include white boxes engraved with the bride and grooms names and the wedding date; cocktail napkins similarly engraved and individually wrapped and marked chocolates, almonds, or candy.
Wine or champagne bottles marked with on a personalized label are another option worth considering. These are available in large or small bottles depending on your budget.
If expense is not a priority, you may also consider porcelain or ceramic party favors. These can be custom made your name and the wedding details on them.
A recent idea which is becoming popular among environmentally conscientious couples is to present guests with small trees or shrubs that can be planted in honor of the occasion.
The flowers are obviously an important part of the decorations at the reception. A small flower arrangement should be placed on each table. The arrangements should complement the table linen and be kept to a minimum height so as not to inhibit the guests eye contact during conversations .
Avoid highly fragrant flowers on tables as their fragrance may overpower the food aroma. To reduce costs, potted, silk or dried flowers can be utilised.
For a classical yet simple wedding centerpiece, flowers are the top choice, although I have seen attractive centerpieces in garden weddings which use nature as centerpieces with features such as tiny birdhouses and flower baskets. When choosing flowers, consider the color, style, and of course their availability at the time of the wedding.
There are numerous varieties of flowers from which you can choose. Just remember that they must complement both the setting and decor of the reception venue.
Many weddings that I have attended recently have had disposable cameras available on all tables at the reception.. These provide a perfect vehicle for guests to simply snap whatever shots take their fancy and always seem to be a big hit. The cameras are pre loaded with film, and easy to operate. Guests leave the cameras which you should arrange to be collected, and after developing, are sure to reveal some memorable and candid shots.
Remember to obtain disposable cameras with flash units if your reception is to be held indoors. If you have a large guest list, cameras with twelve exposures should be sufficient.
When you have decided on your wedding decorations, it is always a good idea to consult one of your closest friends to get that second opinion on what is likely to be one of the most memorable days of your life.
Author Antony Wilton maintains a site that is a “must see” for anyone arranging a wedding.

Silk flowers can be used for any occasion, and they are beginning to gain a large following. Wholesale silk flowers are available from a number of suppliers who will supply beautiful silk flowers in bulk for a variety of occasions such as Fourth-of-July celebrations, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, and the like. You can also purchase silk flowers in bulk for your own personal use as well. However, a large chunk of wholesale silk flowers go to the retail gift-related, floral, and craft industries.
Almost all wholesale suppliers claim to provide quality goods, and some of them even provide guarantees. Most wholesale suppliers for silk flowers and other craft-related materials accept major credit cards such as American Express, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and the like. They also ship consignment orders with FedEx, UPS, and other such major service providers. Wholesale stores also sell silk flowers to those who have small businesses such as floral arrangers. Some of them will offer an additional discount if you have a vendor’s license, and it is a great way to take advantage of competitive pricing.
The best way to find wholesale silk flower vendors is on the Internet. Two well-known wholesale silk flower providers are www.foreverbeautiful.net and www.afloral.com. Besides wholesale silk flowers, a retailer can also purchase other wholesale florist supplies from these providers and from a host of other suppliers as well.
With the purchase of wholesale silk flowers, you can cut down on costs and still maintain that level of quality; most suppliers assure you a money-back or 100% satisfaction guarantee.
